Cancellation & Booking Policy – Danielle Carr Hairdressing
To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients and protect our team’s time, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following booking terms:
Deposits & Booking Confirmation
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.
Please note, your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid via our secure payment system (Global Payments).
Card Pre-Authorisation
When making a booking, your card details will be securely stored and pre-authorised. This allows us to apply charges in line with our cancellation policy if required.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: your deposit will be retained.
No Shows & Late Cancellations
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 48 hours without notice, 100% of the appointment cost may be charged to your pre-authorised card.
This policy is in place to cover the time reserved for you and to prevent missed appointments that impact our team and other clients.
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Danielle Carr Hairdressing, you confirm that you agree to these terms and authorise us to charge your card in accordance with this policy.
